Ory Network builds on this knowledge and experience.<br><h1>About this Role</h1><p>This role will work on developing our cloud environment and data platform, including conception and architecture, and building a global, scalable infrastructure. <br>Our technology stack includes:</p><ul><li>Cloudflare as our CDN, Google Cloud Platform (GCP) as our cloud provider</li><li>Kubernetes (GKE) as our container orchestration</li><li>Crossplane for Infrastructure as Code</li><li>ArgoCD for Kubernetes GitOps, GitHub Actions for CI operations</li><li>Prometheus, Thanos, Loki, Tempo, OpenTelemetry, AlertManger, and Grafana for building our observability and monitoring system</li></ul><br><h1>Key Tasks and Deliverables</h1><p></p><ul><li>Build, expand and maintain our Kubernetes-based infrastructure across different regions</li><li>Develop tooling and automation for operation processes such as cluster provisioning, application deployment, DNS management, Load balancer management, etc.</li><li>Be part of the on-call rotation</li><li>Improve our monitoring and alerting stack to advance observability</li><li>Troubleshoot incidents, identify root causes and implement fixes</li><li>Improve build, deployment, and release pipelines to harden and speed up the processes </li><li>Create internal, technical documentation covering implemented changes</li><li>Foster the DevOps principles and practices, promote the DevOps approach among other teams</li><li>Support cybersecurity incident response and forensic activities</li><li>Contribute to our Open Source projects and our team's Software Development Life Cycle</li></ul><br><h1>Minimum Requirements</h1><p></p><ul><li>Work from the office in Gliwice / Poland </li><li>Live in Gliwice region (no paid relocation)</li><li>Bachelor degree in a MINT subject (mathematics, computer science, natural sciences, technology), economics or a comparable education. </li><li>3+ years of experience in building, improving, and maintaining cloud-native solutions using GCP (or other cloud provider)</li><li>Hands-on Kubernetes user, experienced in either application development or platform administration (CKAD, CKA is a plus)</li><li>Professional Experience with Go or Python and bash scripting knowledge </li><li>Practical understanding of monitoring applications and infrastructure, as well as a security mindset</li><li>Practical understanding of the DevSecOps principles balancing speed of delivery and security</li><li>Familiar with working in a production setting</li><li>Good English skills</li></ul><br><h1>Mindset</h1><p></p><ul><li>Will - a desire to excel, act with courage, persevere, learn and innovate</li><li>Cultural fit - align with Ory’s core values (think big - move fast, passion &amp; excellence, innovation, customer centricity, respect)</li><li>Results-oriented - deliver on our KPIs / desired outcomes</li></ul><br><h1>Why Ory?</h1><p></p><ul><li>Be part of an international, fast-growing security start-up</li><li>Take on responsibility and shape things right from the start</li><li>Work in a flat organizational structure</li><li>Work with high-quality technical equipment</li><li>Work in a very modern, open space and collaborative office in Gliwice / Poland</li><li>30 days of vacation</li></ul><br><h1>Contact Information</h1><p>We are looking for people with passion, curiosity, and integrity.
