In that case, we are happy to welcome you to the team.</p><br><h1>Your Responsibilities</h1><p>We are seeking a motivated and experienced Channel Sales Manager (m/f/d) to join DocuWare. In this position you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with key channel partners to drive sales and increase market share in Spain. <br><br>Your responsibilities will include: <br></p><ul><li>You identify and recruit new channel partners in coordination with Regional Sales Directors.</li><li>The development and maintenance of close relationships with existing sales partners are also part of your responsibilities. You will develop joint sales strategies with them.</li><li>You monitor channel partner performance and provide coaching and support as needed. For example, through sales training programs that you create and implement.</li><li>You attend industry events and trade shows to promote the company's products and services.</li><li>You will work closely with the internal sales, marketing and consulting teams to ensure that sales partners have the resources and support they need to be successful.</li><li>You will be expected to meet or exceed sales quotas and other key performance indicators. In addition, you will be responsible for direct sales.</li></ul><br><h1>What you need to succeed</h1><p></p><ul><li>You have a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.</li><li>You have already gained some work experience in software sales and have a proven track record of success in developing and managing channel partnerships.</li><li>You have the ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.</li><li>You have excellent time management skills and judgment.</li><li>You are decisive and have a strong technical aptitude.
