You will play an integral role in this process by ensuring a design driven and human centered innovation and development approach leading to solutions that re-envisage our users’ financial experience. <br><br><strong>Your mission</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee the user experience of a product in partnership with product managers, UX teams, UX researchers, and engineers</li><li>Support defining, crafting, and evolving designs, and facilitate design decisions for the product that continually raise our bar for quality</li><li>Effectively communicate product goals and connect related projects to enable joint decisions across products</li><li>Guide and mentor the product design team and cultivate a healthy design process</li><li>Collaborate with agile leaders and DesignOps colleagues to support project management, planning, and staffing</li></ul></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Qualifications</h2></div><div><p><strong>What you need</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum of 5 years work experience as a UX Designer encompassing a wide range of UX, IX, Visual, and IA disciplines</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively with engineering, design and UX research teams, and facilitate across organisations</li><li>Expertise in driving product designs with the ability to develop product goals and make research and data driven decisions based identify opportunities </li><li>Experience to represent work to a broader product team and other leaders, clearly and succinctly articulating the goals and concepts</li><li>Familiarity with project management methods; knowledge of project management and business controlling tools are a plus</li><li>Proficiency using Figma or other relevant design tools</li></ul><p><strong>In addition to a CV please also share your portfolio of design projects and deliverables with us.</strong></p></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Additional Information</h2></div><div><p><strong>Now let's talk about perks and compensation</strong></p><p>We have a hybrid work week model, giving colleagues flexibility in how they work, as well as ensuring we create our unique Avaloq culture in our office locations.
