Your mission
<ul>
<li>Building the effectiveness, productivity and performance of the team</li>
<li>Identifying and working to remove obstacles to the teams productivity</li>
<li>Fostering collaboration and building relationships with development teams within the business</li>
<li>Supporting team members with a focus on personal &amp; technical development</li>
<li>Leading great communication practices inside the team and with other teams they interact with</li>
<li>Lead by example through technical excellent</li>
<li>Providing Infrastructure and Cloud solution guidance to Development teams</li>
<li>Reporting to the Management Team</li>

Your profile
<ul>
<li>Strong Exposure to AWS and proven experience in production/customer operational environments</li>
<li>Proven Technical background with experience in a leadership role</li>
<li>Excellent technical competencies resulting from previous working experience whilst supporting critical production infrastructure</li>
<li>In depth understanding of Unix based operating systems and standard internet technologies/protocols</li>
<li>Server build and configuration management</li>
<li>Passion for open source technologies</li>
