Senior Product Owner ERP &amp; Tools (w/m/d)
About the role:
We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Product Owner who is not afraid to take charge and will lead the ERP implementation. To succeed in this role, you should be a curious and hands-on Product Owner with a good technical understanding. We seek somebody with both an incredible eye for detail and an ability to keep the big picture in mind and innovate.
What you'll do:
<ul>
<li>Lead the ERP implementation by supporting the selection process, gathering requirements, communicating to implementation partners, lead testing, release, scope of ongoing improvements and more.</li>
<li>Ensure the integration of the ERP into other Everphone tools and the migration of services into the new application</li>
<li>With the stakeholders, select, implement and support multiple important accounting, management control, and HR tools.</li>
<li>Ensure continuous digitization of manual tasks in Finance &amp; HR.</li>
<li>Align tools and digital processes with the overall strategy of the Finance &amp; HR department.</li>
</ul>
What you'll need:
<ul>
<li>Experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role - especially with ERP solutions</li>
<li>You are an expert in designing and implementing digital solutions for Finance &amp; HR</li>
<li>Curiosity and eagerness to learn.</li>
<li>Experience being very hands-on in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.</li>
<li>Cross-functional skill set.</li>
<li>Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.</li>
<li>Fluency in English and German is required</li>
</ul>
