Supporting their career growth and development and being responsible for the team's results. The commercial team has a great mix of people with all different backgrounds from the bigger retailers and A-brand suppliers. </li><li>Growing your categories (all ambient and drink groups!) in sales and margin by deciding what assortment to sell, against what selling prices, with what discounts, how to present it in app and how to activate both in- and out of the app. </li><li>Data-driven decision-making and staying up to date with the latest E-commerce developments</li><li>Independent deal negotiations with the biggest A-brand suppliers in the market and the development of a supplier network </li><li>Close cooperation with the other departments, like Retail media, Marketing, Supply chain, and Hub operations to ensure growth</li><li>Building the company further by identifying potential areas for optimization within category management.
