We provide access to Rakuten Mobile’s network design combining virtualization and automation, so that customers can purchase and deploy their network wherever they are in the world. Responsibilities <ul><li>Manage the day-to-day administration of Jira and related tools</li><li>Develop and maintain workflows, custom fields, dashboards, and other Jira components.</li><li>Ensure data integrity, security, and performance of Jira and related systems.</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide recommendations for Jira configurations and customizations</li><li>Train and support end users on how to effectively use Jira</li><li>Stay up-to-date with new releases and features of Jira and related tools</li><li>Create a product roadmap for an internal tool to replace Jira and work with developers to deliver this</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>3+ years of experience as a Jira administrator or similar role.</li><li>Strong understanding of Jira, Confluence, and other Atlassian tools.</li><li>Experience with Jira workflows, custom fields, dashboards, and plugins.</li><li>Knowledge of SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.</li><li>Experience in developing user stories and product roadmaps</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>If you're passionate about Jira and want to join a dynamic team, please apply for this position today!</li></ul> RAKUTEN SHUGI PRINCIPLESOur worldwide practices describe specific behaviors that make Rakuten unique and united across the world.
