Become part of the team and shape the energy world of tomorrow with us!</p><p>To strengthen our team in Düsseldorf, we are looking for a:</p><p>Key Account and Business Development Analyst based within our Origination Team Central Europe team which is part of our Trading &amp; Origination division.</p><p>The Origination Team Central Europe concludes standardized direct marketing agreements and non-standardized contracts with operators of renewable plants as well as industrial companies and municipal utilities.  We work closely with all commercial departments and other regional origination teams to offer tailor-made pan-European energy solutions. The tasks are divided between the three teams Origination, Direct Marketing and Portfolio Management.</p><p>The tasks of the Direct Marketing team include the evaluation and negotiation of contracts for Germany's largest direct marketing portfolio with operators of wind and solar plant operators, the support of our existing customers, the acquisition of new customers and the representation of Statkraft at trade fairs and conferences.</p></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Job Description</h2></div><div><p><strong>Your role:</strong></p><p>This is an exciting new opportunity to get your hands on the business. You will have a close interaction within our sales, business development and key account teams.</p><p>Your tasks will include the following:</p><p>·       Pricing of standardized direct marketing contracts</p><p>·       Carrying out commercial analyses of individual contracts</p><p>·       Negotiating and setting up a contract</p><p>·       Analysis of production profiles of wind and solar plants</p><p>·       Close cooperation with key account managers, business development team and sales co-ordinators</p><p>·       Developing a thorough understanding of Statkraft’s capabilities, competitive landscape, and market to inform business development efforts</p><p>·       Proactively monitor, identify, and develop potential opportunities associated with assigned key accounts</p><p>·       Active relationship management with decision-makers and customers</p><p>·       Continuous market observation, recognizing customer needs and trends as well as putting ideas into practice</p><p>·       Taking special tasks, projects and admin operations as required</p></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Qualifications</h2></div><div><p>·       Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Development, Marketing, or similar</p><p>·       Excellent analytical and numerical skills</p><ul><li>You have very good communication skills with the ability to work both independently and in a team</li><li>Demonstrate a strong desire and passion for a career in renewable energy</li></ul><p>·       Ability to work in a structured, proactive and independent manner</p><p>·       Fluent in German and English</p><p>·       Solid knowledge of MS Office products</p><p>·       Experience using Python is desirable</p><p>·       Sales experience in energy industry is an advantage</p></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Additional Information</h2></div><div><p><strong>Statkraft offers:</strong></p><p>A career with Statkraft is a career filled with purpose – meaning that every employee is not just making a living, they are making a real difference to the planet, our communities and the future.
