Then we have the perfect challenge for you.</p><p>As a <strong>(Junior) Marketing Manager SEA/PLA (m/f/d)</strong>, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring our SEA/PLA activities for multiple SCAYLE clients. You will identify potentials and help our partners in the fashion and eCommerce sectors achieve their goals.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>You will be responsible for the conception, implementation, and monitoring of our SEA and PLA activities</li><li>You work with our Tech and Intelligence teams to automate recurring processes</li><li>You conduct A/B tests, independently perform complex analyses, and derive data-driven, scalable recommendations from them</li><li>In close consultation with our clients, you define and monitor all relevant KPIs</li><li>You support pitches and audits for new clients with your expertise in Search</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Successful completion of studies in the field of business administration or a related field with a focus on marketing.</li><li>Practical experience in the field of SEA/PLA.</li><li>Experience in handling product data feeds.</li><li>Strong analytical skills and a passion for working with numbers.</li><li>Quick comprehension and a structured way of working.</li><li>Good communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office products such as Excel and PowerPoint.</li></ul><p>Due to our strong growth, you can take on responsibilities and shape things early on.
