HC growth against target, attrition rates)</li><li>Support in implementing and best use of Workday HCM together with the global HR BP team</li><li>Set up people guidelines in alignment with our global people strategy to be locally compliant and provide strategic guidance for the teams</li><li>Implement and oversee HR operations processes which are perfectly aligned with the individual needs of the business to ensure the highest possible service levels</li><li>In collaboration with our global Talent Acquisition, providing a data-driven &amp; results-oriented recruiting and resource planning</li><li>Together with the leaders, execute and steer performance and feedback reviews for all our AVIV GmbH employees </li><li>Advise on local labour law regulations and implications in collaboration with the Aviv HR BPs and Axel Springer HR departments</li><li>Implement Career Paths and development conversations </li><li>Facilitate team sessions regarding AVIV’s engagement survey and work with the leaders on measurable action planning</li></ul></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Qualifications</h2></div><div><p><strong>Who we are looking for</strong></p><ul><li>You have more than 5 years of experience in HR management of an international company (platform/marketplace/classified/IT) in a comparable position (HRBP for Product/Engineering/Data population)</li><li>You are comfortably working in a fast-paced, lean, and agile environment</li><li>You have strong communication skills coupled with tact and empathy for different personalities</li><li>You have an analytical and operational strength to ensure data-driven decisions</li><li>You have a good knowledge of German labour, works constitution and social security law</li><li>You feel confident in a cross-cultural matrix organization</li><li>Fluent in German and English, French is a plus.
