Welcome to Bosch.</strong></p><p>The Robert Bosch GmbH is looking forward to your application!</p></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Job Description</h2></div><div><ul><li>You develop and program software tools in software build process for highly automated systems (software build).</li><li>As an expert, you will be responsible for analyzing, coordinating, and implementing product requirements.</li><li>As a technical expert, you determine the tool architecture/design and support the implementation of the tool functions as well as their validation. You will define/create work packages independently or delegate to junior team members and synchronize to the Sprint-Planning.</li><li>As part of a central compiler team you support developers with C/C++ problems for various target architectures, communicate and discuss compiler issues with our compiler suppliers. Furthermore, you perform benchmarks of different compilers on the market, consulting users in customer projects and configuring tools.</li><li>You will work in a local team in an international environment and jointly shape the further development of the software build tool chain.</li></ul></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Qualifications</h2></div><div><ul><li><strong>Education:</strong> completed studies in the field of Computer Science, Engineering or similar</li><li><strong>Personality and Working Practice: </strong>Flexible, able to work under pressure, structured, methodical, analytical and very good communication and teamwork skills as well as the willingness and ability to get involved in technical issues in the development of software tools for automotive systems</li><li><strong>Experience and Knowledge: </strong>Expertise in C and C++ development (preferably for embedded systems and posix-based operating systems) and software development processes (version control, build systems, testing, debugging, performance evaluation), experience with automotive software development and agile methodologies (e.g. SCRUM) is a plus, very good knowledge of compiler construction (preferably compilers in the embedded area such as ARM, QNX)</li><li><strong>Languages: </strong>Very good knowledge of English, knowledge of German is an advantage </li></ul></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Additional Information</h2></div><div><p>Apply now in just 3 minutes!
