Our ideal candidate will be a problem solver who loves to work with a lot of data, interact with cross functional teams, is inclined towards designing and implementing solid user journeys.</p><ul><li>As part of the Bosch Power Tools UX global team you support us in designing the journeys of tomorrow for our users and customers.</li><li>Support us in the transition of the division to a fully-fledged user-centric company by promoting standardized journey program frameworks, tools and processes.</li><li>Create customer journey maps including the consideration of all relevant touchpoints.</li><li>Employ a "test and learn" approach to the implementation of an improved customer experience and iterate towards a seamless journey operation.</li><li>Collaborate within interdisciplinary teams and support us along all relevant stages, from understanding to analysis to design and orchestrate the journeys across the Power Tools division.</li><li>Contribute new ideas to develop our business and services in a strategic and scalable way, e.g. by exploring trends and best practices on Customer Experience topics.</li></ul></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Qualifications</h2></div><div><ul><li><strong>Education:</strong> studies in the field of Marketing, Communication, Business Economics, Service Design, Information Design or comparable</li><li><strong>Personality and Working Practice: </strong>analytical, conceptual, team-minded, enthusiastic, independent and reliable</li><li><strong>Experience: </strong>UX process and tools such as customer journey mapping or service blueprints</li><li><strong>Knowledge: </strong>proficiency in prototyping and co-creating ideas both on paper and digitally, e.g. in Miro, Adobe CS, Adobe XD or other prototyping/collaboration tools</li><li><strong>Enthusiasm: </strong>passion for user-centered design across human, business and technology</li><li><strong>Languages:</strong> fluent in English, German is a valuable plus</li></ul></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Additional Information</h2></div><div><p><strong>Start:</strong> August 2023 or later<br>
