The successful candidate will lead on-site training sessions for new clients and their technical teams, and will assist in development of E-learning courses for customers on our products.</p><p><strong>Location</strong></p><ul><li>Hybrid in Hamburg, Essen, Bochum, or Karlsruhe (Germany)</li></ul><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead both in-person and remote training courses for new clients onboarding our software</li><li>Assist in the design and implementation of new E-learning training courses for our PROCAD brand’s customers and partners</li><li>Support in setting up our PRO.FILE eLearning and eCampus Training Area</li><li>Conceptualize, plan and implement training from the creation of the training content to the implementation</li></ul></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Qualifications</h2></div><div><ul><li>Fluent in German (C1) and English</li><li>50% Travel to Office and Clients</li><li>Experience with Software Training/Education</li><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with Computer Aided Design (CAD)</li><li>Experience with Product Lifecycle/Data Management (PLM/PDM)</li><li>Experience with Document Management Systems (DMS)</li></ul></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Additional Information</h2></div><div><p>All applicants must complete a 30-minute online assessment as a part of your application.
