<h2>Aufgaben</h2>
<h4>Your tasks – this is what awaits you in detail</h4>
<ul>
<li>In close collaboration with Engineering, Design and UX research you will drive developments, optimisations and innovations for our Direct Sales system landscape</li>
<li>You permanently measure performance and create an understanding of the factors of the gathered data, use them for decision-making and communicate those decisions transparently</li>
<li>You constantly develop initiatives and tools to increase the efficiency of the processes related to your area of responsibility</li>
<li>You create, develop and manage excellent relationships with a network of stakeholders (from the development team, other product managers, business experts, to support to C-Level executives), assess their requirements, communicate and influence</li>

<li>You have experience in digital Product Management and enjoy taking on responsibility – from discovery to delivery</li>
<li>You are data savvy and outcome-focused - you know how to ask the right questions and answer them based on data</li>
<li>You always think customer first, understand the pain points of the end-users, and derive actionable insights from it</li>
<li>You are a motivated and empathetic communicator who is experienced in collaborating with software development teams and interacting with different stakeholders</li>
<li>You are willing to embrace our company culture and values and enjoy working in an international, English-speaking team</li>
