We'd love to get to know you! <h1>Your role</h1>Our Talent Acquisition Team The Talent Acquisition team includes 3 members at this point - our Global Talent Acquisition Team Lead and two motivated Talent Partners. We are currently in the process of hiring +1 Tech Talent Partner and +1 Employer Branding Manager. In addition, we currently also collaborate with Embedded Talent Partners, supporting us on our accelerated hiring goals in 2023. The Talent Acquisition team is part of our People &amp; Culture team - which includes 11 members. We work together closely and are thrilled to welcome you! This is a full-time and hybrid position; and we would be happy for you to work based in Berlin, Germany (or nearby). Within the Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for the following: Your role &amp; responsibilities: <ul><li>You hire for roles in Tech &amp; Business functions</li><li>You develop scalable hiring solutions and own the full lifecycle of recruitment, including sourcing, managing pipeline, nurturing candidates, and pre-negotiating Offers</li><li>You identify &amp; attract Top talent through creative sourcing channels and Talent Acquisition (TA) strategies (e.g., direct &amp; X-ray searches, job boards, networking events, building talent pools, etc.)</li><li>You are your stakeholders’ trusted advisor and sparring partner - you share your talent market knowledge, trends, reports, etc. and are confident to do so with different Stakeholders (from Team Lead to C-Level)</li><li>You are an advocate for exemplary candidate experience - and you lead by example </li><li>You are data-driven and proactively identify trends / bottlenecks, and propose creative and efficient solutions to solve them. </li><li>As a crucial part of the TA team, you lead &amp; collaborate on TA projects, driving impact &amp; great results</li><li>You partner with other members of the TA team on Employer Branding initiatives, understand &amp; promote our USP as an employer, staying relevant for the target pool of candidates</li><li>You pay attention to diversity &amp; inclusion, and how we can make sure that every human feels comfortable and welcome during &amp; after the process (e.g. by also training our hiring teams and adjusting our practices) </li><li>You actively participate in the Talent community and are interested in different Talent Acquisition trends</li></ul> <h1>Skills we are looking for</h1><ul><li>You have 4+ years of hands-on experience in Tech and Business recruiting - preferably in a Software / SaaS or B2B start-up environment</li><li>Since you will work as a hybrid Talent Partner, you feel comfortable navigating uncertainties and managing diverse stakeholders and roles </li><li>We aim for 2 hires per month; you are organized and goal-driven, always creating a strong pipeline of quality candidates that supports our growth targets </li><li>You are familiar with different areas of the Business and have a good understanding of how an organization is set up (from Marketing to Finance, to Data Science and PHP Engineering)</li><li>You find the right Tech talent where they feel at home (e.g. StackOverflow, LinkedIn, Twitter, AngelList, etc)</li><li>You have experience in translating data to support decision-making (be it the evaluation of candidates or the hiring budgets we spend) </li><li>You have excellent stakeholder management skills, including C-level, and can adapt to different audiences</li><li>You are a problem-solver and can think out of the box when looking to hire for niche / hard-to-find talent / skills</li><li>Ideally, you have solid ATS skills - a plus: You worked with Ashby before</li><li>You are Business proficient in English; proficiency in German or any other European language is a plus </li><li>We are a down-to-earth crew, who are passionate about what we do - we would love to see that in you as well! </li></ul> <h1>Where did you find this position?</h1> <h1>With us, you can look forward to this</h1>The Culture <ul><li>A company that has grown sustainably and profitably over the last 10 years and is a market leader!</li><li>A culture based on trust and an inspiring atmosphere where ideas are heard and implemented</li><li>In a supportive environment that likes to set each other up for success, we can be vulnerable and authentic</li><li>Regular employee surveys to measure employee satisfaction and foster continuous improvement</li><li>The occasional get-together via virtual team events (lately also in person)</li></ul>The Perks <ul><li>You have the freedom to decide whether you want to work from home or from the (dog-friendly) office in Berlin</li><li>Choose to do a workation with us in a different country up to 2 months per year</li><li>Education budget, that allows you to grow professionally and explore new ideas</li><li>Urban Sports Club membership discount, to keep active even in these isolated times</li><li>Unlimited holidays (26 days is the minimum)</li></ul>More information on why to work with us, our team, and our journey as a company:https://www.fotograf.de/jobs/ <h1>Students</h1></div>
