Our <strong>Recourse Center</strong> is responsible for all the technical documentation for our SCAYLE Clients. With SCAYLE, we offer our in-house developed eCommerce infrastructure as a licensed product for online retailers who want to grow quickly and innovatively. SCAYLE was launched as an API-first solution for brands and retailers that want to scale their digital business with the proven infrastructure of ABOUT YOU. Then apply now as <strong>Lead Technical Writer (m/f/d).</strong></p><p><strong>What you will do</strong></p><ul><li>Independently manage documentation projects from strategy and conception to content creation and ensure best-in-class results</li><li>Be responsible for stakeholder management </li><li>Lead your team by establishing a supportive and motivational culture, driven by individual ideas and a common goal </li><li>Evaluate internal procedures, establish, implement, and document processes that support the continuous improvement of efficient business practices</li><li>Support writing technical specifications, reports, and manuals for end-user documentation</li><li>Analyze technical literature available, support writing descriptive copy, and verify documentation</li><li>Lead investigations for critical and major deviations</li><li>Help the team members to understand our SCAYLE products</li><li>Work in an international environment with flat hierarchies and short decision-making processes</li></ul><p><strong>Who you are</strong></p><ul><li>Deep understanding of technical documentation &amp; content, business processes, and functional dependencies</li><li>You have excellent communication skills and can easily put yourself in someone else’s perspective</li><li>You have a proactive mindset, want to take responsibility for your projects and are motivated to establish a premium experience for our customers You are always prepared, well-organized, and used to working with deadlines </li><li>Enthusiasm for information technology</li><li>You are comfortable working in an international working environment</li><li>You can speak and write English fluently</li><li>You have a strong tech/developer background</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Nice to have</strong></p><ul><li>eCommerce experience </li><li>First touchpoints with APIs and development SDKs</li><li>You can speak and write German fluently</li></ul></div></section></div>
