Together with our team, you drive initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction, sustainability, and the competitiveness of the Bosch Group.</p><p>Thanks to our standardized and unified IFM approach, we are shaping a future-proof infrastructure – and you lead this transformation with passion, entrepreneurial thinking, and innovative solutions.</p><ul><li>You are committed to advancing Bosch’s overarching goals, supporting our local Facility Management teams with well-structured concepts, proven solutions, and valuable lessons learned.</li><li>Leveraging your expertise and a strong understanding of economic interconnections, you develop new governance and financial models to establish sustainable and forward-thinking approaches in integrated facility management.</li><li>You collaborate closely with our Facility Management teams in Europe, the Middle East, Asia-Pacific, the Americas, and China, as well as with the Purchasing and Controlling departments, to ensure global success.</li><li>You guide the organization through varying maturity levels and process stages on the path to full IFM implementation, ensuring focused and sustainable development.</li></ul></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Qualifications</h2></div><div><ul><li><strong>Education:</strong> completed university studies in the field of Business, Engineering or a comparable subject</li><li><strong>Experience and Knowledge: </strong>several years of experience in international facility management, ideally in the development and implementation of global strategies and standards; expertise in governance and financial models, process optimization, and change management, as well as in-depth knowledge of facility management processes and technologies</li><li><strong>Personality and Working Practice: </strong>you are a<strong> </strong>teamplayer with an entrepreneurial mindset; you are self-initiative with a high motivation in a challenging/changing (VUCA) environment; you have problem solving competences and you maintain the overview in complex problem situations</li><li><strong>Languages:</strong> business fluent in written and spoken English, additional languages are a plus</li></ul><p>*In accordance with our regulations, the gross annual salary for this position is at least 113.000 EUR for a 40h week (for a full year of employment and fullfilment of the company´s eligibility requirements). The individual salary depends on your job-specific experience. In addition, you will receive a bonus based on the company's success, as well as employer benefits for the Bosch pension plan.
