Thereby you will also drive the implementation.</li><li>You define and strategically align V&amp;V approaches with customers, partners and considering the end consumer view.</li><li>Further you plan, manage and direct overall engineering activities of the Validation Engineering department.</li><li>Additionally, you provide functional management for the department to include resource planning, training, coaching, career guidance, etc. Hereby you also provide domain technical expertise and assistance to others (engineering, support personnel, technical management, etc.).</li><li>You take the responsibility for analyzing product specifications and requirements as well as for developing test designs and approaches to best support them within time and cost constraints.</li><li>Your tasks also include the support management of budget, cost and schedule for test engineering activities on various programs.</li><li>Last but not least you approve to project specific V&amp;V strategies and the purchase of infrastructure usage (SW tool, test hardware, measurement devices, etc.).</li></ul></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Qualifications</h2></div><div><ul><li><strong>Education: </strong>completed studies<strong> </strong>in in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience (or an equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities)</li><li><strong>Experience and Knowledge:</strong> several years of professional experience with budget an cost management an the ability to organize and manage multiple products with the focus on delivering within cost and on schedule, experience in working in a stage gate project engineering process, proficient in test case management tools (TCM ( Xray, TestRail, ALM), well versed in test method definition, execution, data analysis and leading test automation initiatives that eliminate or significantly reduce manual processes and/or overall test touch-time as well as excellent interpersonal, leadership, negotiation, communication and writing skills</li><li><strong>Personality and Working Practice: </strong>strong communication skills,<strong> </strong>solution-oriented,and a structured, organized, reliable working practice as well as the ability to work under pressure</li><li><strong>Languages:</strong> business fluent in written and spoken German an English</li></ul></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Additional Information</h2></div><div><p>You want to work remotely or part-time - we offer great opportunities for mobile working as well as different part-time models or job-sharing.
