<p>The Marketing Data Analyst role is key to the success of the North American business. This position will report directly to our SVP, Americas. This is a unique opportunity be one of the key players on the North American team that is driving over 100m USD annually.   </p>

<h2>Your responsibilities:</h2>
<ul>
<li>Lead the North American business quantitative and qualitative analysis ensuring our business is data driven.</li>
<li>Communicate valuable and actionable insights to improve performance (Financial, Site + Campaigns) from all of our daily reporting.</li>
<li>Develop executive-level marketing KPI dashboards and consistent reporting with actionable insights .</li>
<li>GA: Analyze online user behavior, conversion data, customer journeys, funnel analysis and multi-channel attribution.</li>
<li>Support our Global Business Intelligence Team: Examine market statistics and reports, interpret findings, and help team understand impact.</li>
<li>Support Global Pricing Analyst – ensuring we have NA tracking of margin and price position.</li>
<li>Partner with our Digital Product Team: Identify site performance/optimization opportunities. And build business cases for all key initiatives in partnership with DP.</li>
<li>Partner with Finance: Tie Marketing/Site/Market Data to Financial Performance .</li>
<li>Partner with our Digital Product Team: Analyze test/survey results – thinking holistically for total growth/revenue/margin – not just W/L, single KPI.</li>

<h2>Your qualifications:</h2>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor degree in a related field or equivalent experience</li>
<li>Data Visualization: Strong experience building reports/forecasts/dashboards with Tableau or a similar tool</li>
<li>Google Analytics: Ability to easily manage GA, create custom views, report and extract data for deeper analysis</li>
<li>Organizational Agility: Ability to work across a global organization, people and areas.</li>
