In this role, you will be instrumental in driving our People Growth Plan, ensuring that we attract and retain the best talent to meet the evolving needs of these critical departments.</p><p>This is a unique opportunity for a results-driven professional with strong project management skills and business acumen to shape talent strategies, influence cross-departmental success, and make a lasting impact in a fast-paced, innovative environment.</p><p>You will report directly to <strong>Josefine Tonn, Director People Germany</strong>, and work remotely within Germany.</p></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Job Description</h2></div><div><ul><li><p>Act as a strategic partner to the Production and Purchasing teams, ensuring their talent needs align with business growth objectives.</p></li><li><p>Lead cross-functional collaboration with department heads to monitor and track hiring progress, ensuring alignment with headcount goals.</p></li><li><p>Develop and implement scalable recruitment initiatives, leveraging diverse talent sources, including international markets and relocation agencies.</p></li><li><p>Analyze recruitment KPIs to improve funnel efficiency, reduce time-to-hire, and optimize cost-per-hire.</p></li><li><p>Conduct regular market reviews with stakeholders, identifying challenges and driving actionable solutions.</p></li><li><p>Enhance sourcing strategies and processes to support international growth and operational scalability.</p></li><li><p>Drive business expansion initiatives by identifying opportunities for process improvement and operational excellence within the People function.</p></li></ul><p> </p></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Qualifications</h2></div><div><ul><li><p><strong>Proven experience in business development, project management, or a similar role, ideally in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.</strong></p></li><li><p>Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and drive results.</p></li><li><p>A degree in business, management, or a related field, showcasing a solid foundation in strategic planning and cross-functional collaboration.</p></li><li><p>Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>A solution-oriented mindset, capable of making quick decisions and thriving in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.</p></li><li><p>Business acumen and a growth-hacking mindset to identify opportunities and implement innovative solutions.</p></li><li><p>Fluency in English (required); German language skills are a strong plus.</p></li></ul></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Additional Information</h2></div><div><ul><li><p>100% remote within Germany!
