Welcome to Bosch.</strong></p><p>The Robert Bosch GmbH is looking forward to your application!</p></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Job Description</h2></div><div><ul><li>As a process developer, you will develop innovative silicon carbide power semiconductors for use in the automotive electronics of the future.</li><li>In addition, you will be responsible for the overall process development and process integration of our SiC MOSFET technologies with a focus on Front End Of Line (FEOL) processes.</li><li>You will derive current and future requirements from the application and ensure fulfilment through novel manufacturing processes, materials and device concepts.</li><li>Also, you will control process runs, mask layouts and the characterization of components with external and internal partners and evaluate the results with regard to the requirements.</li><li>Furthermore, you will accompany the introduction of new manufacturing processes and equipment in our semiconductor production until series release.</li><li>Last but not least, you will be responsible for product support on the development side after series release.</li></ul></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Qualifications</h2></div><div><ul><li><strong>Education:</strong> completed university studies (Master/Diploma/PhD) in physics, semiconductor technology, material sciences or a comparable course of studies</li><li><strong>Experience and know-how:</strong> sound knowledge of common semiconductor processes and manufacturing methods; knowledge of the possibilities and limits of simulation methods (including TCAD/FEM); experience in the development of power semiconductors and working in a clean room, preferably SiC would be an advantage; comprehensive knowledge of statistical procedures and problem-solving methods</li><li><strong>Personality and working style:</strong> goal-oriented, communicative, team player</li><li><strong>Enthusiasm:</strong> high level of willingness to work independently and across departments in a complex environment</li><li><strong>Languages:</strong> business fluent German and English, written and spoken</li></ul></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Additional Information</h2></div><div><p>You want to work remotely or part-time - we offer great opportunities for mobile working as well as different part-time models or job-sharing.
