 </p><p><strong>Bosch Sensortec GmbH</strong> is looking forward to your application!</p></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Job Description</h2></div><div><p>As Project Manager you are responsible for technology development, industrialization and technical supplier steering of complex nano magnetic sensors:</p><ul><li>You will work in an international environment developing and manufacturing magnetic sensors for consumer and industrial applications</li><li>You will take over technical steering and project management tasks within an overall magnetics platform in high volume production for consumer electronics and industrial applications</li><li>You are responsible for technical project management, compliance with process specifications, sensor performance, manufacturing costs and development budget and represent the project in meetings with executive management</li><li>You strengthen the cooperation and communication with project partners, suppliers and support an international team in their daily work</li><li>Within your project, you bring together the technical areas of magnetics process &amp; technology development, industrialization, sensor architecture, and magnetic design</li></ul></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Qualifications</h2></div><div><ul><li><strong>Personality:</strong> Great team player, proactive, efficient communication, motivated, entrepreneurial</li><li><strong>Working Style:</strong> Structured, high-bandwidth team player with cross-cultural competence; Convincing communication and presentation skills to work successfully with internal and external stakeholders</li><li><strong>Experience:</strong> At least 5 years of professional experience in process development in semiconductor industry, preferably in the chip/wafer technology development; Technical understanding of advanced magnetic sensors, high volume manufacturing of magnetics, process quality control, and practice in supplier communication; Proficient in MS Office (incl. MS Project) and wide experience of project management methods</li><li><strong>Languages:</strong> English (full professional proficiency), German language advantageous</li><li><strong>Travel:</strong> Availability to travel to both the USA and Asia</li><li><strong>Education: </strong>Excellent degree (M.Eng./M.Sc./PhD) in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Microsystems, or related fields</li></ul></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Additional Information</h2></div><div><p>We offer great opportunities for mobile working as well as different part-time models or job-sharing.
