<ul>
<li><strong>Empower </strong>your <strong>team</strong> and create a <strong>safe</strong> and <strong>inclusive</strong> <strong>environment</strong>, help people grow</li>
<li>Manage the delivery of the team and be <strong>accountable </strong>for the <strong>team’s outcomes</strong></li>
<li><strong>Identify </strong>and <strong>tackle</strong> existing <strong>problems, </strong>have difficult <strong>conversations</strong> and <strong>decisions</strong> to move your team and the company forward</li>
<li>Work closely with your Technical Product Managers, Lead Engineers and Data peers to <strong>build products our customers love</strong></li>
<li>Give your team <strong>direction </strong>and <strong>guidance</strong> according to the company strategy and priorities</li>
<li>Define an <strong>executable </strong>tech <strong>roadmap</strong> that supports the product roadmap your team can deliver on</li>
<li>Provide <strong>technical guidance</strong> to the team and establish engineering best practices</li>
<li>Team-up with your recruitment colleagues to <strong>attract </strong>the <strong>best</strong> <strong>talent</strong> that fit to your team and our company</li>

<div><strong>Your profile:</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>2+ years of experience working as a <strong>Team Lead / Engineering Manager</strong> or on a similar <strong>technical leadership position</strong></li>
<li>A passion for <strong>building</strong>, <strong>leading </strong>and <strong>nurturing</strong> successful software engineering teams</li>
<li>Good understanding of <strong>Computer Science </strong>and <strong>Operations</strong> to be able to discuss technical decisions with your team</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with full-stack software development - every day coding is not expected, but challenging your engineers on their PRs is</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with <strong>AWS or another Cloud Platform, Microservices and Distributed Systems </strong>will help you ramp up faster</li>
<li>Good grasp of <strong>SRE </strong>best practices</li>
</ul>
