We implement technological innovations enabling advanced sensor system performance and ensure reliable system integration and testing for high volume and high quality mass production.</p><p>We are searching for motivated candidates with expertise in the field of inertial sensors, sensor design and test concepts to strenghten our cross-domain development team.</p><ul><li>You coordinate interdisciplinary areas and perform and analyze complex experiments / measurements</li><li>You are responsible for a systematic definition and configuration of sensor functions</li><li>You define the test strategy and drive the implementation of test procedures and infrastructure</li><li>You assess sensor characterization results and review with respective stakeholders</li><li>You have an understanding of typical failure modes and failure analysis methods</li><li>You document the results, present to stakeholders and in project reviews</li></ul></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Qualifications</h2></div><div><ul><li><strong>Personality:</strong> High level of interdisciplinary comprehension, customer orientation, creative drive and entrepreneurial mindset. Interpersonal experience with cross-group and cross-culture collaboration.</li><li><strong>Working Practice:</strong> Analytic, structured and organized </li><li><strong>Experience and Knowledge: </strong>More than 5 years of industry experience with deep understanding of gyroscopes and acceleration sensor systems. Experience with MEMS devices welcome.</li><li><strong>Qualifications</strong>: Understanding of sensor design and sensor system modeling as well as related test concepts. Multiple years experience in statistical analysis and data evaluation in Matlab or Python.</li><li><strong>Languages: </strong>Very good spoken and written English skills,  German is a plus</li><li><strong>Education:</strong> Master or equivalent degree in Microsystems, Microelectronics, Electrical Engineering or related fields.
