<p>Numbers run the business: In the Finance Department, we see ourselves as a business partner and enabler for our operating teams and management. We facilitate a smart corporate and financial strategy with technical expertise across accounting, regulatory, tax and strategic financial planning &amp; analysis, allowing Trade Republic to make educated decisions at every step. <h2>WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING</h2>
<ul>
<li>Drive implementation of new requirements and process optimizations in close collaboration with the business owners and functional SAP users</li>
<li>Be responsible for the scoping of requirements, conception and implementation</li>
<li>Spearhead automation and optimisation of processes from consulting stakeholders to configuring and customising SAP modules</li>
<li>Be hands-on, ready to find solutions and answers in the endless SAP documentation world</li>
</ul>
<h2>WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR</h2>
<ul>
<li>At least 3 years of professional experience in consulting, solutions design and implementation for SAP FICO modules</li>
<li>Hands on experience in consulting, configuring and customising SAP environments</li>
<li>Self starter with the drive to work in a fast-paced, ever changing, high-growth organisation</li>
<li>Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex topics succinctly and coordinate internal and external stakeholders effectively</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with SAP S4/HANA in the banking sector or a fintech startup will be a plus</li>
