The business area <a href="https://www.boschbuildingtechnologies.com/xc/de/">Bosch Building Technologies</a> is a leading international supplier of systems, solutions, and services that enhance the safety of people, buildings, and property, and also contribute to greater comfort, energy efficiency, and sustainability.</p><ul><li>You will represent the Building Technologies division within Robert Bosch GmbH as global owner for the methods problem solving (8D) and technical risk analysis (FMEA).</li><li>As a method entrepreneur, you will develop the strategy for the worldwide implementation of quality methods. You will also analyze the implementation quality and drive continuous improvement using appropriate measures.</li><li>You will lead expert networks and develop them further. Furthermore, your responsibilities will include the empowerment of the organization.</li><li>You will convince stakeholders by presenting the added value of quality methods.</li><li>You will actively support the business units as a problem solving coach. For this purpose, you will lead<strong> </strong>8D Teams and certify new method experts.</li><li>You will drive the digitalization for the methods. Therefore, you will further develop the associated IT tools and optimize the process landscape.</li><li>Moreover, you will oversee the Quality Reporting of Building Technologies and further develop Power BI solutions in cooperation with other business units.</li></ul></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Qualifications</h2></div><div><ul><li><strong>Education</strong>: completed studies in engineering or a comparable qualification.</li><li><strong>Personality and Working Practice</strong>: self-motivated team player with strong communication skills. High customer orientation and the ability to work under pressure. Furthermore, an analytical, structured, and result-oriented working style.</li><li><strong>Experience and Knowledge</strong>: several years of experience in quality management and methods as well as in product development (software and hardware).
