You will be responsible for installing, configuring, and testing medical and non-medical hardware and software systems at customer sites and more precisely at hospitals. This role requires excellent technical expertise, flexibility and strong problem-solving ability.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Installation and system testing:</strong> Install hardware equipment at hospitals which includes cable pulling and rack building and patching. Ensure all systems are set up correctly and functionality and performance standards are met. Identify and address any potential issues before system handover.</li><li><strong>Piloting the site:</strong> take the lead onsite by overseeing the tasks to be executed and managing the installation progression. Monitoring the equipment deliveries and identifying potential gaps.</li><li><strong>Customer facing:</strong> Interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner.</li><li><strong>Collaboration:</strong> Work closely with project managers, technical teams, and with other stakeholders to ensure successful installation and integration of systems. Provide feedback and recommendations for improvements.<strong> </strong></li><li><strong>Documentation:</strong> labelling and maintaining detailed records of installations, configurations, and issues encountered. Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.</li></ul></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Qualifications</h2></div><div><ul><li>Technical apprenticeship or degree in electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, media technology or similar</li><li>Preferable 1-3 years of experience in a technical installation role, ideally for a healthcare company or provider</li><li>Good knowledge in the area of computer and network technologies</li><li>Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills</li><li>Highly motivated and customer oriented personality as well as the ability to prioritize tasks and work self sufficiently</li><li>Excellent organization and time management skills, ability to manage several work streams simultaneously</li><li>Ability to work well individually and in a team environment</li><li>High flexibility and willingness to travel internationally up to 80% of the time</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English and German</li><li>Basic MS Office knowledge</li><li>Necessary to possess a valid driving license</li></ul></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Additional Information</h2></div><div><ul><li>A mutually-supportive, international team</li><li>Meaningful work with a lasting impact on medical technology</li><li>30 vacation days, plus December 24th and December 31st</li><li>Comprehensive training and continuing education opportunities</li></ul><p>Ready to apply?
