We work on cutting edge technologies in the field of MEMS and molecular diagnostics.</p><ul><li>Become a part of our team and advance research on novel and innovative Bio-MEMS sensors.</li><li>You develop and establish new semiconductor processes and process flows for the fabrication of novel micro- and nanosystems in our Bosch research cleanroom.</li><li>Furthermore, you are responsible for the technical as well as economical evaluation of new process methods, devices and technologies.</li><li>The identification of new application fields for the microsystems is also part of your tasks.</li><li>You manage process flows, mask layouts and the characterisation of devices together with external and internal partners.</li><li>Last but not least, you evaluate the achieved results for the new Bio-MEMS sensors with respect to the requirements and derive new optimization strategies.</li></ul></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Qualifications</h2></div><div><ul><li><strong>Education: </strong>excellent PhD or Master's degree in Physics, Microsystems Technology, Electrical Engineering, Material Science or similar with focus on semiconductor technology, a PhD is beneficial</li><li><strong>Experience and Knowledge: </strong>sound knowledge in MEMS and semiconductor technologies, solid-state physics, sensors and microtechnologies as well as hands-on experience in semiconductor fabrication and cleanroom processes, knowledge in microfluidics is beneficial</li><li><strong>Personality: </strong>innovative, motivating as well as open-minded team player</li><li><strong>Working Practice: </strong>structured, analytical, conscientious and cooperative with a high level of initiative and willingness to take over responsibility</li><li><strong>Enthusiasm: </strong>curious for new (process) technologies as well as strong interest in application and research</li><li><strong>Languages: </strong>fluent in English (written and spoken), German is a plus</li></ul></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Additional Information</h2></div><div><p><a href="http://www.bosch-healthcare.com">www.bosch-healthcare.com</a><br>
