<h2>Your role in this journey</h2>
<p>As a Senior UX Designer, you will join our multi-disciplinary development team to take over and be responsible for a part of our core product, the Holidu website. Within our team, you will be responsible for the following tasks:  </p>
<ul>
<li>Conduct user research to discover new product improvement opportunities</li>
<li>Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces that lead to an intuitive user experience ranging from small feature iterations to larger, complex ones</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to efficiently implement a cohesive, inclusive and well-informed user experience</li>
<li>Provide high-quality user interfaces and hand them off to developers</li>
<li>Communicate clearly and efficiently to explain your thought process and methodology</li>
<li>Actively participate in the growth of the Design Team by giving and receiving constructive feedback and improving the work processes</li>
<li>Collaborate with designers and developers to maintain and contribute to our design system to provide a consistent experience to our users across our product ecosystem</li>
<li>Be up to date with new design trends and industry standards</li>
</ul>
<h2>Your backpack is filled with</h2>
<ul>
<li>4+ years of experience working as a UX designer, product designer or a similar role, ideally for consumer-facing web and mobile products</li>
<li>A Bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction, a related field or equivalent industry experience</li>
<li>A portfolio that demonstrates your experience with digital products</li>
<li>Excellent understanding of visual design principles</li>
<li>Excellent communication and presentation skills</li>
<li>Proactive mindset, ready to take ownership of delivering outstanding experience and visual designs</li>
<li>Experience with qualitative and quantitative data and profound analytical skills</li>
<li>Empathy, curiosity and eagerness to explore innovative ideas that may go beyond obvious solutions</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with digital design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suite, Zeplin</li>
<li>Fluent English, any additional language a plus</li>
</ul>
