Bosch Sensortec GmbH is a wholly owned subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH.     </strong>              </p><p><strong>Bosch Sensortec GmbH</strong> is looking forward to your application!</p></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Job Description</h2></div><div><ul><li>You bring in your ideas to establish and improve requirements engineering in development of ASICs for automotive products.</li><li>You coach and consult project managers and their teams working on development of ASICs for automotive products, as well as line managers, regarding framework, processes, methods and tools for Requirement Engineering (RE), hence promoting good practices.</li><li>You ensure optimal RE setup, tool setup and use on projects developing automotive ASICs.</li><li>You promote and facilitate continuous improvement and create a framework for collecting timely feedback on existing RE processes and good practices.</li><li>You communicate across experts, project managers and line managers from various organizational units, and take special tasks in international interdisciplinary teams.</li></ul></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Qualifications</h2></div><div><ul><li><strong>Personality:</strong> Communicative independent thinker who is confident, focused on big picture and outcomes, and curious about new methods, tool and techniques.</li><li><strong>Working Practice: </strong>Motivated and organized. Interested in agile methods, out of the box thinking and problem-solving attitude are highly appreciated.</li><li><strong>Knowledge:</strong> Profound knowledge of RE methods, processes and tools, both in classical and agile development context, good knowledge of project management methods. ASPICE knowledge is compulsory, basic knowledge in functional safety (ISO26262), FTA and FEMA is an asset.</li><li><strong>Experience:</strong> At least 5 years of RE experience on mid to high complexity projects, moderation and specification review experience.
