This role will sit in our Headquarters in Karlsruhe and will support our global team of employees. </p><p>Main responsibilities: </p><ul><li>Troubleshooting internal and external user problems</li><li>Installation, administration and further development of the local IT infrastructure </li><li>Administration and maintenance of the Microsoft Azure environment </li><li>Assistance with complex IT infrastructure projects </li></ul></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Qualifications</h2></div><div><p>Qualifications and experience required: </p><ul><li>Successfully completed training/apprenticeship in the IT sector (e.g. IT specialist system integration) </li><li>Setup/handling of Windows client and server systems </li><li>Microsoft programs such as virtualization technology HyperV, Office, Active Directory</li><li>Experience in hosting/Microsoft Azure Network Topologies</li><li>Good knowledge of German and English </li><li>Strong team and service orientation </li><li>Customer oriented way of working and ability to work independently </li></ul></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Additional Information</h2></div><div><p>Qualified applicants will be asked to take a 30-minute pre-employment assessment. </p></div></section></div>
