We provide an inspiring place to work and excellent career opportunities within the Bosch-Group.</p><ul><li>You lead and deliver restructuring consulting projects in close collaboration with the key stakeholders on customer side (Division and/ or BU heads).</li><li>You drive knowledge building and toolbox development to enhance our BMC/IC restructuring expertise.</li><li>You build and lead a team of specialized restructuring consultants.</li><li>You scope consulting projects jointly with the responsible partner and the customer.</li><li>You will drive the overall analytical approach in line with strategic overarching objectives of the Bosch-Group.</li><li>You challenge and derive conclusions and provide impactful and feasible recommendations to our internal clients.</li><li>You benefit from a trustful environment with highly motivated and inspiring colleagues driving for impact while assuring a work-life-balance.</li></ul></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Qualifications</h2></div><div><ul><li><strong>Education:</strong> University degree in business, economics, engineering, or industrial engineering or similar; having an MBA is an advantage<strong> </strong></li><li><strong>Experience and Knowledge: </strong>7-10 years of experience from relevant previous position, such as (leading) restructuring management consultancy firm or potentially from a smaller boutique firm; experience from leading high-impact turnaround projects across multiple industries, with many stakeholders, coordination of consulting and client teams; profound knowledge of consulting toolbox and especially restructuring toolbox; profound expertise about financials and key operational metrics; spike within at least one of the areas: Purchasing, Mfg, SG&amp;A, M&amp;A, SCM, NWC, or similar</li><li><strong>Qualifications:</strong> International background and working experiences are a plus</li><li><strong>Personality and Working Practice:</strong> Proven analytical capabilities and ability to distil information and present conclusions clearly; entrepreneurial spirit and strong creativity to apply for problem solution; excellent communication skills; excellent team player; self-motivated with a “can do” attitude; customer orientation</li><li><strong>Languages:</strong> Fluent in English and comprehensive skills in German is an advantage</li></ul></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Additional Information</h2></div><div><p>Diversity and inclusion are not just trends for us but are firmly anchored in our corporate culture.
