<div><h1>Do what you love</h1><p>As a member of our ​Customer Success Flock, you play a key role in <strong>driving the cloud transformation</strong> of Global 2000 companies. You help our customers <strong>build and operate cloud foundations</strong> for thousands of engineers and make their day-to-day work more flexible, easier and safer, while staying in control. You will be <strong>working directly with our high-profile customers</strong> (e.g. Volkswagen or Commerzbank) and help them leverage meshcloud to <strong>build solutions at the intersection of technological and organizational challenges</strong>.<br><br>
</p><ul><li>Analyze customer requirements and system landscapes to design and develop integration solutions that achieve successful outcomes
</li><li>Lead customer projects from inception to successful completion and operation in production
</li><li>Lead implementation in cross-functional integration project teams working on complex integration challenges
</li><li>Build strong connections with customer stakeholders to guide their cloud journey in a meaningful way and identify solution and product improvement potentials



</li><li>Build supporting tools, processes and education material that empowers our customers to build better cloud foundation more quickly (e.g. Cloud Foundation Maturity Model, Unipipe Service Broker)

</li></ul><br><h1>Why you are our perfect match - Must Haves</h1><p></p><ul><li>Prior consulting experience, preferably working with enterprise clients
</li><li>Solid knowledge of cloud-native application architectures and working with cloud platforms
</li><li>Experience in programming languages, databases, infrastructure as code
</li><li>Familiar with Enterprise IT Architecture and Systems (e.g. IAM, EAM, ITSM, SIEM, SOC)
</li><li>You communicate confidently and independently with subject matter experts on the customer side
</li></ul><br><h1>Nice-to-haves:</h1><p></p><ul><li>Experience working with Cloud Orchestration and Automation technologies (e.g. Cloud Formation, Terraform, K8s)
</li><li>Experience working with Enterprise Cloud Migration projects
</li><li>Good knowledge of cloud governance tooling (e.g. Azure Policies, AWS IAM/SCPs, GuardDuty)
</li><li>Certifications in particular cloud technologies (e.g. AWS Professional)
</li><li>Experience with cloud-native technologies (kubernetes, serverless, monitoring and alerting tools)
</li><li>Contributions to open source projects and/or programming communities such as Stackoverflow
</li><li>Experience working with IT Security Management Systems like ISO 27001 and ISO 27017
