This will include:</p><p><strong><em>Technical management </em></strong></p><ul><li>Lead and support the engineers architect, develop and run multi-country  </li><li>Understand engineering gold standard and seek to improve them</li><li>Generate and implement process improvements, especially cross-team processes</li><li>Improve product quality, security, and performance</li><li>Participate in the technical roadmap elaboration for his/her own domain</li><li>Drive best in class technical design and architecture  </li></ul><p><strong><em>Delivery Management </em></strong></p><ul><li>Enable team collaboration in the domain and across the Product and Tech organisation</li><li>Enable Product, Quality, DevOps and UX performance via solid stable-counterpart partnership</li><li>Setup and Manage cross functional teams to deliver value and transform our platform</li><li>Work closely with engineers, product managers, and other engineering leaders to enable experiences</li></ul><p><strong><em>People management and coaching</em></strong></p><ul><li>Build a globally-distributed, happy, and successful team</li><li>Manage three or more engineering  managers.</li><li>Provide your team with management mentorship</li><li>Create a supportive environment for continuous feedback in both directions (manager-staff and vice versa). </li></ul><p><strong><em>Engineering practice </em></strong></p><ul><li>Ensure the right balance between technical and product roadmaps</li><li>Educate Product Managers (PMs) and engineering  leads on tech debt</li><li>Ensure a diligent approach with quality assurance, documentation, training, security compliance and operational excellence of corporate and platform solutions in accordance with AVIV policies.</li></ul></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Qualifications</h2></div><div><p><strong>Who we are looking for</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in managing engineering managers </li><li>An individual experienced in Managing in a matrix organisation</li><li>Proven experience  as a technical leader for managers of managers in an equivalent environment running teams that deliver projects of significant complexity </li><li>You have proven experience in driving an organisation in an agile and Product lead environment.</li><li>A strong product mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative</li><li>Experience in leading with OKR </li><li>Technically confident to understand the technical ins and outs and the associated issues</li><li>You work well with all kinds of personalities and with teams from multiple cultures, geographies and competencies </li><li>Clear, structured thinking and excellent communication skills</li><li>Fast learner and eager to share knowledge</li></ul></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Additional Information</h2></div><div><p><strong>What we offer you</strong></p><ul><li>A brilliant team dedicated to continuing our quest for transparency in the real estate market,</li><li>A technophile and stimulating work environment, management methods that encourage autonomy and leadership,</li><li>Product &amp; Tech in an OKR framework, the teams are autonomous, empowered to decide their destiny.
