This will include:</p><p> </p><p><strong>Technical management </strong></p><ul><li><p>Lead and support the engineers architect, develop and run multi-country  </p></li><li><p>Understand engineering gold standard and seek to improve them</p></li><li><p>Generate and implement process improvements, especially cross-team processes</p></li><li><p>Improve product quality, security, and performance</p></li><li><p>Participate in the technical roadmap elaboration for his/her own domain</p></li><li><p>Drive best in class technical design and architecture  </p></li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Delivery Management </strong></p><ul><li><p>Enable team collaboration in the domain and across the Product and Tech organisation</p></li><li><p>Enable Product, Quality, DevOps and UX performance via solid stable-counterpart partnership</p></li><li><p>Setup and Manage cross functional teams to deliver value and transform our platform</p></li><li><p>Work closely with engineers, product managers, and other engineering leaders to enable experiences</p></li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>People management and coaching</strong></p><ul><li><p>Build a globally-distributed, happy, and successful team</p></li><li><p>Manage three or more engineering  managers.</p></li><li><p>Provide your team with management mentorship</p></li><li><p>Create a supportive environment for continuous feedback in both directions (manager-staff and vice versa). </p></li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Engineering practice </strong></p><ul><li><p>Ensure the right balance between technical and product roadmaps</p></li><li><p>Educate Product Managers (PMs) and engineering  leads on tech debt</p></li><li><p>Ensure a diligent approach with quality assurance, documentation, training, security compliance and operational excellence of corporate and platform solutions in accordance with AVIV policies.</p></li></ul><p> </p></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Qualifications</h2></div><div><p><strong>Who we are looking for</strong></p><ul><li><p>Experience in managing engineering managers </p></li><li><p>An individual experienced in Managing in a matrix organisation</p></li><li><p>Proven experience  as a technical leader for managers of managers in an equivalent environment running teams that deliver projects of significant complexity </p></li><li><p>You have proven experience in driving an organisation in an agile and Product lead environment.</p></li><li><p>A strong product mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative</p></li><li><p>Experience in leading with OKR </p></li><li><p>Technically confident to understand the technical ins and outs and the associated issues</p></li><li><p>You work well with all kinds of personalities and with teams from multiple cultures, geographies and competencies </p></li><li><p>Clear, structured thinking and excellent communication skills</p></li><li><p>Fast learner and eager to share knowledge</p></li></ul></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Additional Information</h2></div><div><p><strong>What we offer you</strong></p><ul><li><p>A brilliant team dedicated to continuing our quest for transparency in the real estate market,</p></li><li><p>A technophile and stimulating work environment, management methods that encourage autonomy and leadership,</p></li><li><p>Product &amp; Tech in an OKR framework, the teams are autonomous, empowered to decide their destiny.
