We are looking forward to your application!</p><ul><li>Support us in exciting user experience projects for various business units of Bosch in the area of mobility solutions, industrial technology, consumer goods, energy and building solutions.</li><li>Help us designing concepts of tomorrow, in particular for connected products and services in the context of internet of things.</li><li>Experience the whole UX process and support all along the project phases from user research and analysis to design, prototyping and testing. </li><li>Collaborate within interdisciplinary teams from the first contact with potential clients to validating business cases and visualizing future opportunities – no matter if your customers work in classical and agile working environments.</li></ul></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Qualifications</h2></div><div><ul><li><strong>Education</strong>: You will have completed a university degree (Bachelor's) in the area of user and market research, psychology, interaction design, communication design or comparable<em> </em>and have obtained above-average results and will have the firm intention to take up a Master's course thereafter.</li><li><strong>Personality</strong>: Analytical, emphatic, open-minded, curious, communicative and reliable</li><li><strong>Working Practice</strong>: Solve problems in a pro-active and creative manner, independent, user-centric and structured</li><li><strong>Experience and Knowledge</strong>: Good skills in either user researching tools like e. g. Qualitrics or design and prototyping tools like e. g. Figma</li><li><strong>Languages</strong>: Fluent in German and English, written and spoken</li></ul></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Additional Information</h2></div><div><p>The Bosch PreMaster Program is a two-stage qualification program for committed graduates with Bachelor's degrees who want to complete a Master's degree. After the Bachelor's degree, the first phase provides up to 12 months' practical experience for familiarization with technical and business interrelationships.
