The technological basis for this is provided by tailor-made system solutions that must work flawlessly, be continuously optimised and expanded. <br> <br>As a Tech Lead Software Engineering, you will help your team develop technically flawless solutions for complex problems. We are migrating from old monolithic application into modern style architecture and solutions. Your responsibilities amongst others would include - technically leading a team of Software Engineers, frontend and backend architecture designs, improving and maintaining supported applications and services. We strongly believe in “you build it, you run it” and “collaboration culture” principles, where you and the team are in the frontlines and driving the change together.</p><br><h1>Your Responsibilities</h1><p> </p><ul><li>Work as a part of an international and cross-functional team of software and QA engineers to create and improve solutions focused on our customer’s needs</li><li>Design, validate and advocate architecture designs for your team verticals</li><li>Drive technical discussions and decisions for and with your team</li><li>Work towards continuous delivery of our software, optimize ongoing development processes and software solutions through your input and experience</li><li>Design and implement state of the art code to deliver best performance of our software to our customers</li><li>As member of Product Team - participate in ideation, discovery and reviews of solution designs as well as related code</li></ul><br><h1>Your Qualifications</h1><p></p><ul><li>5+ years of experience in web development (JavaScript, PHP, HTML, CSS)</li><li>3+ years of experience with at least one PHP framework (Laravel or Symfony are preferred)</li><li>3+ years of experience in developing JavaScript based applications both vanilla and using JS frameworks</li><li>Experience leading, coaching and mentoring Software Engineers</li><li>Experience with ReactJs, TypeScript, GraphQL would be a plus</li><li>Ability and curiosity about new Technologies, you love to validate your ideas hands on in form of POC software and RFC documents</li><li>Analytical mindset with problem-solving and learning aptitude</li><li>Previous experience as Tech Lead, Team Lead or Engineering Manager role is preferred</li><li>Agile methods and structured requirements are nothing new to you and you like to have it this way</li><li>Happy to give and receive open and constructive feedback, in a clear and respectful manner</li><li>You are the first to jump into action when needed and can learn quickly in agile way</li><li>You are empathic leader with focus on goals and can provide direction to your team members in motivating, empowering and encouraging manner</li><li>You speak and write in English fluently</li></ul></div>
