In that case, we are happy to welcome you to the team.</p><br><h1>Your Responsibilities</h1><p>As a Product Manager Business Applications (m/f/d), you will contribute to the continuous development of our internal business applications as the strong link between our development team and stakeholders from within all divisions. In your role, you will create and continuously develop a vision for our internal business applications ecosystem and collaborate closely with all stakeholders to identify their needs and wishes.<br><br>Your main responsibilities will include:<br></p><ul><li>You monitor Microsoft’s roadmap for their business applications portfolio and identify trends, opportunities and impacting changes.</li><li>You define and prioritize product requirements for our internal business applications, based on the input from stakeholders and market research as well as upcoming features and changes on the Microsoft roadmap.</li><li>You maintain the product backlog to support the development team and make sure that they are always working on the most important items.</li><li>You work together with the development team and enable them to develop features and changes in alignment with the requirements by clarifying open questions and addressing changes or emerging problems in a timely manner.</li><li>You ensure that our internal business applications meet the needs of end users as well as our organization’s long-term needs. You identify areas for improvement and work with the team to implement changes to continuously improve both user experience and performance of our internal tools.</li><li>You keep the roadmap of our CRM infrastructure in alignment with the organization’s strategy and think about how the internal business applications can support our goals.</li><li>You promote and execute highly transparent communication with and towards stakeholders.</li></ul><br><br><h1>What you need to succeed</h1><p></p><ul><li>Fluent in written and spoken English and ideally German.</li><li>You hold a university degree in business informatics, business administration, product management or a comparable study.</li><li>You have found knowledge of the Microsoft Business Applications portfolio (Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Power Pages).
