We work together in our global network of nearshore and offshore get-togethers to bring knowledge, agility and cost to an attractive proposition.</p></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Job Description</h2></div><div><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities: </strong></p><p><strong>Represent HMI Business Area (BA) interests in the region</strong></p><ul><li>Liaise with sales teams and internal Business Units / external partners to promote the portfolio</li><li>Support sales team in lead generation activities</li><li>Represent BA in various internal/external events and industry forums</li><li>First point of contact for prospects as BA designate</li></ul><p><strong>Presales Consulting</strong></p><ul><li>Present and demonstrate solutions / PoCs / concepts to prospects</li><li>Consult with prospects to understand and elicit their problem statement, requirements and constraints</li><li>Work with HMI experts to develop or customize the solutions to be offered</li><li>Sell the services / solution to the technical team of customer with clear value proposition articulation</li></ul><p><strong>Proposal Preparations</strong></p><ul><li>Lead proposal preparation activities to deliver quick yet comprehensive responses</li><li>Co-ordinate preparations between multiple teams and disciplines/functions</li><li>Support technical team in clarifying any open points with customers</li><li>Own the final proposal/SOW document delivery to sales</li></ul><p><strong>Market Trend Scouting</strong></p><ul><li>Scout target markets for shifts or evolution in technologies, business models, etc. that influence our current/future business</li><li>Has informations regarding Automotive / Consumer Goods etc. Trends</li><li>Feedback information to BA and technical teams, to enable high market relevance of portfolio</li></ul></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Qualifications</h2></div><div><p><strong>Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: </strong></p><p>Any bachelor or master degree in engineering / science. An additional business degree would be advantageous.</p><p><strong>Minimum three years of technical expertise in HMI Software Engineering</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in HMI Software Development for Automotive domain</li><li>Knowledge of any of HMI toolchains such as Qt, Kanzi, CGI Studio, etc.</li><li>Exposure to HMI Testing and Test Automation would be good to have</li><li>Experience in HMIs from other domains would be a plus (Consumer Electronics, Health care, Industrial etc.)</li></ul><p><strong>Leadership &amp; Entrepreneurial Mindset</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to see the big picture and think from multiple perspectives</li><li>Ability to do CXO conversations and alter narratives based on customer audience</li><li>Exposure or experience working with different functions such as Marketing, Finance, Legal, Purchasing, etc.</li><li>Strong decision making skills to resolve issues and ensure progress towards meeting objectives</li><li>Experience in project management and knowledge on P&amp;L would be desirable</li></ul><p><strong>Excellent Presentation and Communications skills</strong></p><ul><li>Proficiency in English and German and at least one local language.</li><li>Strong Interpersonal Skills</li><li>Ability to initiate and engage people in conversations including technical topics</li><li>Good storytelling skills, both in written and verbal formats</li></ul><p><strong>Mandatory/Preferred Language Skills:</strong></p><p>Proficiency in English / German (B1+)</p><p><strong>Mandatory/Preferred Skills:</strong></p><p>Automotive HMI Software Engineering - Preferred - 3 years experience</p><p> </p><p> </p></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Additional Information</h2></div><div><p>5 - 8  years experience</p></div></section></div>
