The derivation of product line strategy, worldwide alignment and the preparation of strategic meetings on BV and G level (e.g. MSW) as well as the support of platform project managers are part of your tasks.</li><li>You support the derivation of product line strategy, worldwide alignment and the preparation of strategic meetings on BV and G level (e.g. MSW) as well as the support of platform project managers are part of your tasks.</li><li>You support transformation projects, the change management in global engineering organisations and engineering organisations in further integration steps.</li><li>The derivation and preparation of business and controlling data (e.g. SAP, CS-IS) as well as the check of facts and figures belong to your area of responsibility. Furthermore, you work on the joint review on NE &amp; BV level.</li><li>You support as a part of the Engineering Strategy Management, the TBP and rolling planning preparation and support (B1/B2 company, B3/B4 company) as well as the target definition is in your area of responsibility.</li><li>Last but not least the coordination of annual R&amp;D benchmarking, the performing lessons learned for BP process, the development of business models for Software as well as the development of cross Business Unit business models /charging models belong to your task portfolio.</li></ul></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Qualifications</h2></div><div><ul><li><strong>Education: </strong>completed university studies (master's degree/diploma/PhD) in Engineering or a comparable subject</li><li><strong>Experience and Knowledge: </strong>experience in project management, in development (including new methods) and working in international teams, leadership experience, engineering experience in product area of CC or AS, well established in either AS or CC engineering community</li><li><strong>Personality and Working Practice: </strong>very good communication and coordination skills especially with high level management, very high resilience, open, team-oriented, solution-oriented way of working with the aim of resolutely implementing solutions, technical affinity and enthusiasm for new ideas</li><li><strong>Languages: </strong>very good communication skills in written and spoken English and German</li></ul></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Additional Information</h2></div><div><p><strong>This position is also eligible for employees in Talent Pool 2 (SL2 potential)</strong></p><p>You want to work remotely or part-time - we offer great opportunities for mobile working as well as different part-time models or job-sharing.
