<p>The IT Governance and Compliance Manager will directly report to the CIO and have a staff position outside of the CoreTech teams.</p>
<h2>Your Responsibilities</h2>
<ul>
<li>Supporting the CIO with IT Strategy and establishing an integrated IT compliance management system, taking into account common standards and best practices.</li>
<li>Compiling and updating IT process documentation, policies and procedures aligning with standards.</li>
<li>Contributing to the IT related parts of the Company Manual (schriftlich fixierte Ordnung).</li>
<li>Monitoring of IT related legal, regulatory and contractual requirements and standards.</li>
<li>Definition and Enhancement of the IT-related internal control system.</li>
<li>Consulting and support of relevant stakeholders in business and IT.</li>
<li>Conducting reviews to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.</li>
<li>Coordination with Internal IT, Information Security and corporate compliance &amp; risk.</li>
<li>Managing Identity and Access Management best practices.</li>
<li>Support internal and external IT-related audits if required.</li>
</ul>
<h2>Your Profile</h2>
<ul>
<li>Knowledge of banking legislation and IT regulation (MaRisk, BAIT, DORA, EBA guidelines etc.).</li>
<li>Knowledge of relevant standards and frameworks (ISO 2700x, ITIL v4, COBIT).</li>
<li>Exposed to internal or external audits .</li>
<li>Qualifications: ITIL Expert or COBIT Foundation. CISA, CISM or CISSP would be a plus.</li>
<li>Experience: 3 years experience in IT Governance and Compliance, ideally in the financial services industry. Practical experience in auditing processes or in determining the maturity of processes and deliverables.</li>
<li>Skills:  <ul>
<li>Ability to abstract complex issues to the essentials and present them in a comprehensible manner depending on the target group  </li>
<li>Being good at writing policies and depicting processes  </li>
<li>Strong communication skills and the ability to successfully mediate between different interests</li>
