Then become part of our team and shape the successful digital future of our customers together with us - with a focus on the following SuccessFactors modules: Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance &amp; Goals, Succession &amp; Planning, and Learning and Compensation.</p><br><h1>Your mission</h1><p>• You form a competent interface between HR and IT<br>• You are responsible for efficient mapping and further development of HR processes in SAP SuccessFactors<br>• You are responsible for the planning and execution of (inter-) national SAP SuccessFactors projects - from the first kick-off or workshop to the implementation and project completion<br>• You contribute ideas for the continuous further development of the cloud solution<br>• You take over the project management for the overall project and the corresponding module implementations<br><br></p><br><h1>Your profile</h1><p>• Successfully completed university degree or comparable training as well as experience in the HR field, affinity for the design of HR processes and HR IT systems<br>• Several years of experience in the SAP SuccessFactors environment<br>• Sound project management experience as well as knowledge of relevant tools and methods in project management<br>• Business fluent in English<br>• Good HR process knowledge, operational HR experience would be an advantage<br>• Strong communication skills and a winning and cooperative manner<br>• Analytical skills and pragmatic view of HR systems and processes</p></div>
