First working place will be in Hildesheim/Germany, after a certain period the team will continue in Jihlava and afterwards will secure the ramp-up in Charleston/US. We are searching for candidates who are highly motivated to accompany the ramp-up one after the other in all three locations. This is a unique possibility to work in an international set-up, explore three different locations in three different countries, experience intercultural topics and broaden your network. Depending on your home country we will define together with you and your local HR Business partner the international assignment model that will allow you to work in all three locations.</p><p><strong>Your tasks are the following:</strong></p><ul><li>You are the process expert for winding processes and copper forming</li><li>You analyze complex production problems, you define measures to reduce scrap and raise machine availability</li><li>You cooperate with internal and external partners (process development, quality, suppliers, production, logistics)</li><li>You transfer know-how to target plants</li><li>You ensure a safe ramp up in the plants</li></ul></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Qualifications</h2></div><div><ul><li><strong>Education</strong>: Degree in electrical engineering, electronics, automation or related</li><li><strong>Personality: </strong>cooperative and open working mode in an international team, resilient with excellent communication skills</li><li><strong>Working Practice: </strong>structured, systematic, flexible with dynamic changes</li><li><strong>Know-how</strong>: knowledge of winding processes and copper forming, knowledge of process analysis and process optimization, knowledge of automated production lines. Experience in the production environment of e.g. PS-EM to assess the work and training content, Familiar with statistic and/or analytic methods such as Shainin, Six Sigma</li><li><strong>Working methode:</strong> structured, systematic, felxible with dynamic changes</li><li><strong>Experience level:</strong> several years experience in the production-related automotive environment with experience in process optimization</li><li><strong>Language skills:</strong> German and English fluent</li></ul></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Additional Information</h2></div><div><p>Apply now in just 3 minutes!
