Welcome to Bosch Rexroth.</strong><br> <br> Bosch Rexroth AG is looking forward to your application!</p></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Job Description</h2></div><div><ul><li>During your internship you will plan, conduct, and evaluate quantitative and qualitative user research in the domain of customer experience (e.g. interviews, surveys, usability testing).</li><li>You will derive insights and create new concepts to improve the end-to-end customer journey.</li><li>Furthermore, you will apply human-centered design and design thinking methods to investigate online or offline touchpoints (e.g. website).</li><li>You will support customer journey mapping and customer classification activities.</li><li>Last but not least, you will collaborate with diverse teams in marketing, sales, and applied functions and communicate insights within the organization. </li></ul></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Qualifications</h2></div><div><ul><li><strong>Education:</strong> studies in the field of Psychology, Human Factors, Human-Computer Interaction, Media Informatics, Cognitive Science, Interaction Design, Service Design or comparable</li><li><strong>Experience and Knowledge:</strong> confident with MS Office; experience in setting up and conducting user research and creating wireframes; experience in journey mapping and service design is optional</li><li><strong>Personality and Working Practice: </strong>well organized, strong analytical and conceptual thinking</li><li><strong>Languages: </strong>good German and English</li></ul></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Additional Information</h2></div><div><p><strong>Start:</strong> according to prior agreement<br> <strong>Duration:</strong> 3 - 6 months</p><p>You want to work flexibly from your home in Germany or prefer working at the Bosch location in Ulm?<br> For positions with the addition “remote possible”, you can agree on the appropriate collaboration for your task together with your manager and your team within the framework of Smart Work.</p><p>Requirement for this internship is the enrollment at university.
