<div><p>We are looking for a creative and multitalented intern (m/f/d) for the areas of hardware R&amp;D, industrial design, product development, mechatronics and manufacturing.</p>
<p>Must-Have Requirement: 6+ months mandatory internship</p>
<h2>Tasks</h2>
<ul>
<li>Designing, developing and optimizing innovative "smart kiosks", embedded products, mechanical and electronic hardware in the IoT environment</li>
<li>You support your colleagues from the hardware R&amp;D and production department in the day-to-day business</li>
<li>You work on existing concepts and new designs of components and product prototypes</li>
<li>Working on 3D designs, specifications of components, 3D printing, prototyping, assembly of electrical/mechanical components, testing, technical documentation and finalizing for mass production</li>
<li>Evaluating product safety, appearance, and function to comply with requirements and certification</li>
<li>Examining materials and manufacturing requirements for QA and determining production costs</li>
<li>Researching and selecting of suitable suppliers for key components</li>
</ul>
<h2>Requirements</h2>
<ul>
<li>Proficient in Design Software (Photoshop, Solidworks, etc.)</li>
<li>Experience in Industrial Design (that you can demonstrate in a portfolio of your work)</li>
<li>Studies in industrial design, engineering, electrical engineering or mechatronics</li>
<li>Structured and independent way of working</li>
<li>Passion for innovative technologies and digital, future-oriented business models coupled with a hands-on mentality</li>
<li>Willingness to take on responsibility</li>
