<p>The Partner Inventory department is a highly international team of 24 people covering the whole value chain from partner acquisition to onboarding and optimization of our integrations.<br>As part of the department, the Technical Account Management team is supporting the process of integrating partners into our platform and is bridging the gap between the business and tech world.<br>Together with other Product Managers and other Technical Account Managers, you will provide the best experience for our colleagues, partners, and travelers.</p>
<h2>Your role in this journey</h2>
<ul>
<li>Assist the team in Project Management of partner integrations and partner support</li>
<li>Focus on Quality Management to ensure partner inventory is on the highest level</li>
<li>Analyze and monitor technical integrations and API to identify improvements</li>
<li>Help provide technical support to our partners before, during, and after their integrations</li>
<li>Support managing the process of data mapping</li>
<li>Use our different internal and externals tools, e.g. IntelliJ, MongoDB, Kibana, JIRA, and Confluence to manage projects and investigate incidents</li>
</ul>
<h2>Your backpack is filled with</h2>
<ul>
<li>Currently enrolled or recently finished studies in a technical or business-related area.</li>
<li>You have a passion for data and technology and want to have an impact</li>
<li>Experience with B2C solutions and the traveling industry is a plus (not mandatory)</li>
<li>Project management skills and an analytical and process-oriented mindset</li>
<li>You do not shy away from problems but rather act hands-on and find solutions</li>
<li>You feel confident communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at Holidu and in partner companies</li>
<li>Creative and team-oriented mindset and curiosity to learn new things</li>
<li>Fluent English skills, German or Spanish language is a plus</li>
</ul>
