Our team consists of over 120+ entrepreneurs, scientists, and engineers from a diverse set of backgrounds and the world’s leading companies and universities, and we are backed by global investors such as Softbank, Trusted Insight, and Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.<br>Central to our purpose is the belief that to transfer groundbreaking research to stand-out ventures we need to work collaboratively. Therefore, we have not only cultivated a global network of partners but also built a physical home for the AI community in Germany with our AI Campus Berlin where we work and exchange with other bold minds.  </p>
<h2>Your role</h2>
<p>Fertility rates in both men and women are significantly decreasing across developed countries. Today, approx. 1 out of 6 couples face infertility issues. Not only are we deciding to become parents later and later, it's also lifestyle and environmental factors negatively impacting our reproductive abilities. Yet, success rates of assisted reproductive techniques (e.g. IVF) have stayed frustratingly low over the past 20 years while accessibility is low.<br>Addressing this issue, we are building a venture that introduces AI-based medical decision support tools alongside a holistic health approach to the fertility treatment process. Ultimately, we establish a standard in quality of care and enable the creation of a new generation of fertility care. It is our vision to enable more couples to become parents.   </p>
<p>This venture is ready to be incubated at Merantix, and we are now looking for a driven CxO that is taking charge of operations, specifically brick-and-mortar fertility clinic development. You will build and lead this venture to success alongside the CEO and Chief Medical Innovation Officer.  </p>
<h2>Your profile</h2>
<p>We are looking for extraordinarily driven, capable, and visionary talent with an outstanding track record of personal, academic, and professional achievements.  </p>
<ul>
<li><p>You have a master's degree in Healthcare Economics / Administration, Business Administration, Operational Engineering or any other related discipline</p>
</li>
<li><p>Several years of operational experience in healthcare clinic management on scale  </p>
<ul>
<li>Either with a clinic provider, private equity, consulting or any other related work environment</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li><p>You have an understanding of the European healthcare industry and have established relationships with key players</p>
</li>
<li><p>You are equipped with strong analytical and communication skills</p>
</li>
<li><p>You are self-motivated, driven, and have strong leadership skills as well as the ability to think outside of the box</p>
</li>
<li><p>Multilingual skills appreciated</p>

<h2>What we offer</h2>
<p>Deriving from the role description and how we will accommodate you along the journey, you can already tell that we define ourselves by a culture of ownership but also collaboration. In the end, you will be responsible for leading this venture along with the CEO and CMIO from incubation to scaling, while our objective is to empower you in the best possible way!<br>At Merantix, we believe in the value of ideation, which is why our approach gives you enough time to validate your ideas. We combine this with mentorship, sparring with the other founders at Merantix or with external partners as well as an environment that focuses on knowledge sharing. You will get complete compensation for the ideation and incubation phase, as well as a majority equity stake for you and the founding team once you are ready to take off and received the seed financing.</p>
