<p>As a <strong>Senior</strong> <strong>Business Analyst (f/m/d)</strong> you will strengthen our agile cross-functional product teams with your ability to very quickly analyze business situations and specific product requirements across multiple countries. You will also collaborate with various international Allianz stakeholders as well as our internal product teams to deliver conceptual designs for our digital product development and ensure alignment between teams. You will support our Chief Product Owner in managing our product portfolio in terms of aligning product vision and scope with implementation timeline and global rollout roadmap.</p>
<h2>Tasks</h2>
<ul>
<li>Identify and challenge requirements and reflect them in corresponding user stories </li>
<li>Derive comprehensive solution concepts for large feature sets</li>
<li>Plan and prioritize product features for development</li>
<li>Support roadmap planning and progress reporting</li>
<li>Ensure products are focused on features with maximum business value in line with the overall company vision</li>
<li>Ensure customer and market needs are understood to harmonize product vision and strategy</li>
</ul>
<h2>Requirements</h2>
<ul>
<li>You hold a Masters degree (or Bachelor with comparable work experience) in Economics, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial or Computer Engineering, Mathematics or a similar degree</li>
<li>You have extensive experience in requirements analysis and delivering agile projects within international teams</li>
<li>Ideally, you are experienced in the (health) insurance or financial services sector</li>
<li>You never let the team down: High degree of self-organization, ownership, team spirit and decisiveness</li>
<li>You are a creative thinker with sharp analytical and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Your communication, presentation and leadership skills are outstanding</li>
<li>Fluency in written and spoken English, German language skills are a plus</li>
