Therefore you communicate, advocate for and socialize actionable insights in a clear and compelling way</li><li>You also create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate user experience and design ideas</li></ul></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Qualifications</h2></div><div><ul></ul><ul><li><strong>Education: </strong>Degree in UX design or a UX-related discipline (UX design, visual design, communication design, computer science, psychology, etc.)<strong> </strong></li><li><strong>Personality: </strong>Strong communication skills, curious, customer-oriented</li><li><strong>Working Practice:</strong> Proactive engagement, solutions orientated &amp; transfer ideas to new fields, empathy for customers present and future needs</li><li><strong>Experience and Knowledge: </strong>+5 years of experience in creating and implementing UX- &amp; Service Design; experience in working with digital design systems is of advantage</li><li><strong>Qualifications: </strong>Experienced in creating prototypes &amp; wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps and familiar with visual design and wire-framing tools such as: Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, HTML, CSS etc.</li><li><strong>Enthusiasm: </strong>Up-to-date with the latest UX trends, techniques, and technologies</li><li>Willingness to travel to relevant markets if required, Flexibility to work at different locations</li><li><strong>Languages: </strong>Fluent in German and English</li></ul></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Additional Information</h2></div><div><p>Apply now in just 3 minutes!
