We're seeking a System or Network Administrator (d/f/m) to join doctorly on our mission to enable people to live healthier lives. This is a fantastic opportunity for a great SysOps/Network Admin to take a prominent role within our operations team and help us meaningfully change how healthcare works. doctorly has a combined private Cloud, On-Edge, and On-Premises infrastructure with high demands in terms of availability and security. You'll work in operations but closely aligned with DevOps and Product Development. You will take ownership of:<ul><li class="ql-align-justify">building and supporting our existing internal infrastructure as well as Bare Metal and Cloud services</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Support new and existing hardware (company networks, servers and laptops for our staff)</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Track/manage hardware assets</li></ul>You'll enable all our teams to deliver the highest quality of work. As an integral member of our operations team, you'll be familiar with agile ways of working (esp. scrum) and software development as well as supporting non technical staff like sales and onboarding. Have a closer look at the software your doctor currently uses and you’ll understand why this is a burning topic in need of innovation.doctorly - backed by the best early stage investors in Europe - takes a holistic view of the market and our products, with a firm focus on enabling genuinely meaningful disruption at the very heart of how healthcare works.&nbsp;Our first goal - reducing the administrative overhead for German doctors and enabling integration within German healthcare by providing doctors with modern, easy to use and highly optimised software to manage their entire practice.Beyond that we'll be building apps for patients and healthcare professionals as well as an open platform to enable integration across the entire healthcare industry. <h2>Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Enable all the teams to succeed by providing excellent internal infrastructure and services</li><li>Maintain existing [internal] infrastructure and services (both bare-metal and cloud)</li><li>Support new/existing hardware (servers, software and laptops etc)</li><li>Setup and own roll outs of internal infrastructure in the cloud and bare metal</li><li>Ensure our monitoring and logging are able to provide detailed and relevant insights to running systems</li><li>Manage your time and your resources within a fast-moving, dynamic environment</li></ul> <h2>Requirements</h2>At this stage we're only accepting applicants in Berlin<ul><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Google (including integration and SSO etc)</li><li>Experience with general Networking (DNS, DHCP, VPN, Routing etc)</li><li>Laptop setup and asset tracking</li><li>Administration of Linux (Ubuntu), Windows Server, Windows 10, MacOS systems</li><li>Implementation of security processes, centralised Windows updates etc.</li><li>Jira Administration for development and other teams.</li><li>Attention to detail, knowledge of the current state of infrastructure and future trends, being a team player</li></ul> <h2>Nice-To-Haves</h2><ul><li>German language skills</li><li>Have worked in a highly regulated industry like healthcare or finance</li><li>Experience with ISO9001 and ISO27001 audits</li><li>Knowledge of AWS setup</li><li>Understanding of Git and software development processes</li><li>Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM)</li><li>Security and Pentesting</li></ul> <h2>Offer and Process</h2>We offer flexible working hours, remote/hybrid/office as you prefer and strive to pay great rates suitable for your amazing skills and outstanding experience.
